PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line

       PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line adopts the up-to-date Gentian type double-stage series high foam technology. The raw material is general polystyrene  added the vesicant in the extruding process and are extruded by the die at last .Foaming ,cooling ,shaping ,hauling and rolling are the full process .This machine adopt high speed automatic hydraulic screen changer.    
     

      The finished psp foaming sheet processed after vacuum shaping  can be used into many kinds of packaging vessals such as lunch box ,one time dishes ,western food plate ,disposable cultery and such plastic foam products .  PS foam sheet can be laminated with film or paper for education materials, decorating objects, advertising board.

      PS foam sheet  are printable, foldable, embossable, moisture and water resistant, low steam and air permeability, micro-resistant, excellent insulating properties.
