PS Foam Vacuum Forming Machine
Features:
a.Composition:feeding frame ,heating zone ,forming part , trimming area ,baiting part ,conveying part ,cutting off device ,the device for crushing the leftover material and the pipe for delivering the pieces.
b.The equipment adopts PLC controller
c.The electric motor in the feeding part applies the servo motor
e.Rotary encoder controls the length
f.The heating area adopts the far infrared radiation tile
g.The forming and trimming area apply the hydraulic device (motor ,vane pump ,hydraulic tank etc.)
h.The baiting part controlled by the PLC and stacked automatically by the manipulator
i.The finished products will be conveyed by conveyor belt automatically when reaches the set up number.
j.The crusher crushes the leftover material in the whole production line.
